Kei KB collects the information needed to operate a public wiki and community documentation site. If you create an account, the site stores account details such as your name, email address, login provider, role, preferences, and contribution history. Social login providers such as Google, GitHub, or Discord may provide basic profile information needed to sign you in.

Server logs, security tools, Cloudflare, and the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request paths, timestamps, and security events. This information is used for site operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security.

Uploaded images, page edits, comments, submissions, and other contributed content may be publicly visible if added to public areas of the site. Do not upload private documents, private contact details, or content you do not have permission to share.

Cookies and Third Parties

BookStack uses cookies for sessions, login state, security, and preferences. Cloudflare may use cookies or other signals for security and bot protection. If ads are approved in the future, Google AdSense may use cookies or identifiers according to Google's advertising and privacy policies. Ko-fi, Discord, YouTube, GitHub, Google, and other linked services have their own privacy practices when you visit them.

Data Requests

If you need account data removed or corrected, contact the site owner with enough information to identify the account and the relevant content. Public contributions may remain in edited or attributed form where needed to preserve documentation history and site integrity.
